Locally, the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) constantly monitors and influences legislation that affects the business of real estate. Realtors must adhere to a Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice, and are required to submit to mandatory arbitration in matters of commission disputes, thereby keeping buyers and sellers out of the courts. Joshua Cohen, Senior Broker
Joshua Cohen graduated from Colorado State University with a concentration in commercial real estate, finance, and construction management, and has been working in the commercial real estate business since 2009. Prior to joining John Propp Commercial Group, Joshua worked for Fuller Real Estate and Unique properties where he developed a keen ability to achieve the results his clients have come to expect from a real estate professional. He has assisted clients in the selling, purchasing, and leasing of over 200 million dollars’ worth of transactions. Joshua is a principal owner on multiple commercial properties, and understands intimately all the moving parts involved in selling, buying, and leasing an asset.
Joshua has sold, leased, and assisted on individual projects in excess of five million dollars, and completed over 30 million dollars’ worth of transactions in 2016 alone. He has also represented national and local tenants and landlords in the Denver market. Being a fourth-generation Coloradoan, Joshua has the network, background, and ability to see any project to its end. Working with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the market, Joshua has a strong understanding of what motivates each side and how to use that information to accomplish one’s goals. Joshua specializes in owner/user & investment real estate whether to sell, purchase, or re-position an asset. Joshua also offers retail brokerage services for tenant and landlord representation for national, regional, and local clients, as well as pad and inline users.

Jeremiah Maupin, Senior Broker
Jeremiah Maupin, a Denver Metro Area Commercial Real Estate veteran of nine years, brought successful Office, Retail, Industrial, and Medical leasing and sales experience to the team. He has successfully represented companies such as American Bank, The Animal Assistance Foundation, Newspan Media Corporation, and Sleep Colorado Inc. Prior to joining John Propp Commercial Group, he was President at 5280 Commercial Real Estate in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Deanna Collins, Executive Assistant to President
Deanna brings over 30 years of real estate experience to Team Propp. Deanna has extensive skills in property management, leasing and sales. Deanna’s skill set is utilized to assist John Propp and the brokerage team in all aspects of the business. Deanna attended Metropolitan State College.

Virginia Martin, Finance Manager
Virginia’s affiliation with John Propp Commercial Group further solidifies the skills of the overall team. Joining the firm in 2003, Virginia brings 25+ years of vast accounting experience, a history in non-profit and construction cost accounting, and a strong background in real estate and property management. Her focus is on all things financial – from budget and financial statement preparation and analysis to monthly management reporting. Virginia acts as the liaison to investors, lenders, and tax professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Accounting, and is a licensed real estate broker.

Jean McKeon, Property Manager
Jean’s extensive background in property management, together with her excellent people skills, makes her a natural for the position. Jean enjoys creating value for a property by resolving difficult issues and pursuing the owner’s objectives while establishing positive tenant relations. Jean’s attention to detail is second to none. She has worked in the real estate industry for 35 years, 25 of those in property management. Jean earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Lori Moore, Property Manager
Lori Moore has over 26 years of property management experience, and during the last 13 years she has focused on medical office buildings.
As a property manager, Lori has managed portfolios in excess of 375,000 square feet of investor owned medical office space, including a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed REIT focusing on owning and operating high-quality medical office buildings located in major metropolitan areas. Much of her duties include the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the buildings, the management of third party service contracts, and all lease administration and compliance issues.
Lori has held the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM® ) designation since 1996. Lori has served on the Industry Partner Committee for IREM® Chapter 17 since 2011 and joined the Executive Council as a Member at Large in 2014.

Karen Addison, Property Manager
Karen’s diverse and extensive background in property management further adds bench strength to our deeply experienced team. She enjoys aligning operational goals with ownership objectives while bringing together various entities – including our valued tenants and vendors – to maximize success.
Karen has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years and has experience with development and retail, office, industrial, and homeowners association management throughout the front range. She is a member of IREM and CAI, and has obtained her RPA, CPM, CMCA, and AMS designations along with a CAM license. Karen previously served as CREW Denver Chapter President and served on CREW national’s Board of Directors
